Chair Yoga:  (Open to all)

First session took place Wednesday 25th March, 10.30am-12.00pm

Agreement from instructor to join as part of our platform and co-promote the service.

Goal – regular sessions on Wednesdays at the same time bi-weekly / each week.

CMHA IAPT Wellbeing Workshops – Full trial session (By registration)

Thursday 26th March, 2pm – 3.30pm:  Complete and successful. (9 attendees)
