How it works

Barnet Wellbeing Service is designed to be flexible and easy to access.

You can get support either through the Barnet Wellbeing Hub or, in some cases, by contacting services directly.

  1. Get in touch via self-referral or a professional referral

  2. Speak to the Wellbeing Hub or a relevant service

  3. Be connected to the right support for your needs

  4. Access help from local services, activities or therapies

We focus on early support, helping people access the right help before issues reach crisis point.

situation and getting support from the advisor has helped us. We were given the names of solicitors who could help us. The Wellbeing Hub has been helpful."
