Targeted Lung Health Check Programme

What is the Targeted Lung Health Check Programme?
Working with Claremont, CB Plus are raising awareness of a new NHS programme that could improve the lung health of people in the local community.

Targeted Lung Health Checks (TLHCs) can help diagnose lung cancer at an early stage when the chances of having successful treatment is higher.

Who is eligible for this service?
People aged between 55 and 74 years old who smoke or used to smoke and live in Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington are being invited to attend a lung health check.

How do I arrange an appointment?
If eligible, you will be sent an appointment letter to have an assessment of your lung health over the phone and may then be invited to attend a further assessment with a nurse and possibly have a CT scan.

The lung health checks are free, quick and painless and can help diagnose lung cancer at an early stage, when the chances of having a successful treatment are higher.

Join local people who have already had their lung health check.

Look out for your lung health check invitation today!
